About Us

Cobbler's Den was founded by Mack who was a second generation cobbler from Chicago that moved to the Scottsdale/Phoenix area about thirty years ago with his wife and children. After moving to Scottsdale, he made a reputation for himself as a quality oriented individual with a high emphasis on service.

Mack operated a very successful store on Camelback near the Biltmore in Phoenix for over fifteen years and sold it in 2003. He then opened Cobbler's Den Shoe & Luggage Repair on Tatum just north of Cactus, across the street from Paradise Valley Mall, and has been open for twenty-six years at this location.

His son Chris, now a third generation cobbler, have worked together and built a very successful business. Chris has been diligently working to keep the quality standards that his father has put in place.

Chris is always actively involved in the day-to-day operations and will take the time to explain the job and price options to you in a professional and educational manner, so you know exactly what will be repaired, how, why, and how much!
